Ribbed
Neat Ribbed Stitch is good for curly hair cuz it doesn't give as much 'hat head'. Great if you like a real snug feeling hat. Uses more yarn to make this stitch.

Looks like a basketweave, this one looks best with Solid color options, and is my thickest, warmest stitch.

This is a stitch that looks great no matter what stripe pattern you like. Not bulky like some of the raised patterns.
